We currently provide clinic on Wednesday from 8:30 am-3:00 pm 

Our phones are open from 8-5 Monday-Friday.

We're working to improve access to healthcare in underserved communities. Our clinics provide family practice medical care for all ages as well as gynecological services for women.  

If you have no health insurance, you have insurance that requires more than $5,000.00 in deductible/out of pocket expenses and fall at or below 250% of Federal Poverty Level and live in Wise, Jack or Montague counties, you qualify for services at Heart of Town Clinic.
