Who We Are - Heart of Town

Is to help protect, promote and optimize health and abilities in all of the individuals we serve.  We will focus on the prevention of illness and injury, the facilitation of healing through diagnosis and treatment, and the alleviation of suffering through advocacy in the context of the values, beliefs and practices of the Christian faith.

We strive to create a healthy community by bringing medical services to our uninsured/underinsured and financially burdened neighbors.  We provide these services free of charge through the use of generous volunteer medical and ancillary personnel.

We will partner with local agencies and volunteers to facilitate educational opportunities to prevent illness and injury.  We will coordinate with medical systems and professionals to facilitate healing through diagnosis and treatment.  We plan to utilize volunteers from our churches to provide advocacy in the values, beliefs and practices of the Christian faith.
